Lisa Marie Presley is in the hospital where she’s reportedly fighting for her life following a cardiac arrest. TMZ reports that EMTs responded to Presley’s home where she went into “full arrest.” Her ex-husband, Danny Keough, who lives with Presley, reportedly performed CPR at the scene until paramedics arrived. An EMT administered epinephrine in order to help Presley regain a pulse before she was transported to a hospital. Her current condition is unclear, though she’s getting treatment at the hospital where mother Priscilla Presley recently arrived to be by her side.

The incident comes just two days after Priscilla and Lisa Marie attended the 80th Golden Globe Awards. They attended with the Elvis team as the Baz Luhrmann-directed biopic was nominated for multiple awards; Austin Butler won for his portrayal of Elvis Presley, Lisa Marie’s father. She had also spoken about his performance while on the Golden Globes red carpet in an Extra interview.
“I was mindblown, truly,” Presley said of Butler’s portrayal of her dad. “I actually had to take five days to process it because it’s so spot-on and authentic.”

“It’s almost as if he channeled him,” Presley also said of Butler’s portrayal in a recent ABC special about the Elvis movie. “He put everything he had, his heart, his soul, everything he had into researching, reading, watching, learning. He honored him in every way possible.”
Also noting how she was planning to similarly attend the Oscars with the hopes of seeing Butler win, she added, “If Butler does not win an Oscar for the role, I will eat my own foot. You can feel and witness Baz’s pure love, care, and respect for my father throughout this beautiful film, and it is finally something that myself and my children and their children can be proud of forever.”
A successful singer-songwriter in her own right, Presley has released three studio albums. She is the only child of Elvis Presley. With Keough, she had two children, Riley Keough and Benjamin Keough. Benjamin died by suicide in 2020 when he was 27 years old. She is also mother to 14-year-old twin daughters she had with ex-husband Michael Lockwood. Along with Keough and Lockwood, Presley had also been briefly married to singer Michael Jackson and actor Nicolas Cage.
