Learning she was auditioning for a part in a Lord of the Rings project certainly added some pressure to the audition. However, understanding the scope of the series and its importance may have helped her land the role.

Clark Calls Her Role as Galadriel a Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience

Being a part of The Lord of the Rings franchise would be a dream come true for any fan of the fantasy genre. Clark agrees, saying the experience of making The Rings of Power has been full of once-in-a-lifetime opportunities.

Clark will presumably stay in the role for the planned five seasons of the series, as we know Galadriel survives for thousands of years leading up to the events of The Lord of the Rings. The Prime Video series will continue to change Clark’s life for years to come, which the actress will undoubtedly welcome. The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power premieres every Friday on Prime Video, with the show’s first three episodes available now.

“When you’re filming something like this, I’ve had so many once-in-a-lifetime experiences in the span of two years, that I just can’t believe have happened. You are definitely still pinching yourself throughout. It’s like those games you used to play as a child, just being realized in the most epic way. And then, seeing it is a whole other version of that, and other people seeing it is a whole other version. It just keeps coming. It’s like endless waves of, ‘I can’t believe this is happening.’”
