You can bring home Spike Lee’s unique World War II story on DVD and Blu-ray this February. Miracle at St. Anna will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on February 10. The standard DVD will be priced at $29.99 for the standard DVD and $35.99 SRP for the Blu-ray disc. No cover art has been revealed as of yet, and it apperas the standard DVD won’t be released with special features, but we’ll update this story as soon as we get the artwork and more information....

Disney has been on fire since the inception of Disney+ back in late 2019. The smash-hit series The Mandolorian practically launched the streamer into the stratosphere and revitalized the Star Wars universe in a way no one expected. The momentum continued with the series based on less popular Marvel heroes. No one had very high expectations of WandaVision when it started and were left stunned and begging for more after its success....

A new poster for Marvel’s Disney+ series, Moon Knight, teases the darkness and duality inherent in Oscar Isaac’s gritty superhero. Released courtesy of the series’ official Twitter account, the image depicts Isaac as both the mild-mannered Steven Grant and the robed, glowing-eyed Moon Knight, and teases the different personas that will sit central to the plot of the MCU limited series. NBC has ordered an additional nine episodes of The Blacklist for a 22-episode full-season commitment, it was announced today by Jennifer Salke, President, NBC Entertainment, who released the following statement. Through the first two weeks of the season, The Blacklist has averaged a 3.6 rating, 10 share in adults 18-49 and 12.0 million viewers, making it the #1 new drama on the Big 4 networks so far this season in total viewers, according to “live plus same day” ratings from Nielsen Media Research....

Axel Foley is coming back to the big screen in Beverly Hills Cop 4 and, along with his writing partner Derek Haas, Michael Brandt will be scripting his return. No Time to Die brought Daniel Craig’s tenure as James Bond to a close in style when it premiered last month in cinemas, but it could well prove to be the ultimate swan song as the film’s worldwide box office takings passed the $733 mark this weekend, making it the highest-grossing Hollywood movie of the year as it sped past F9: The Fast Saga. While the movie may not have performed as well as some at the domestic box office, with Eternals set to push it down to 7th in that chart, the international appetite for Bond has been enough to boost the film above the 9th outing of the Fast and Furious franchise....

The Obi-Wan Kenobi series just wrapped up on Disney+. While there are mixed feelings amongst fans about the series, there is absolutely no doubt that Disney knocked it out of the park with their portrayal of a younger Darth Vader, and Hayden Christensen puts on a stunning performance. Christensen artfully portrays one of the most iconic villains in cinematic history, which cannot be understated. He had a lot to live up to, and in our opinion, Christensen not only put on a stellar performance, but he allowed us to explore a Vader we’ve never seen before....

We haven’t seen the last of the comedy series One Day at a Time, as the show has been picked up by Pop TV for a fourth season. The show was axed by Netflix earlier this year, leaving its future in question. While things looked grim, fans of the series took to social media to take part in a campaign to save the show, expressing their hope for another network to pick it up....

Top Gun: Maverick may have been soaring high during the summer, but Paramount has failed to ground a copyright lawsuit logged against the movie. In the lawsuit raised by the widow and son of the author of an article that inspired the original Top Gun, it is claimed that the belated sequel fails to adhere to termination rights and was essentially made without their authorization. While Paramount attempted to have the case thrown out, Deadline reported that it will not be as simple as that for the studio to see off the claims....

Paul Newman is arguably one of the best actors to ever have graced the silver screen, amongst the likes of Marlon Brando and Jimmy Stewart. Newman received countless accolades throughout his 59-year career including nine Academy Award nominations for Best Actor/Supporting Actor and one for Best Picture. From Hud to Road to Perdition, his long-standing career in the industry was lauded with critical and commercial praise. Newman passed away in 2008, but his body of work still stands to this day....

The Lonely Island has unveiled the first full-length trailer for PEN15. The Hulu series launches at the beginning of next month and judging from the trailer, it looks pretty weird and hilarious. The show features Maya Erskine and Anna Konkle playing 13-year old versions of themselves in the year 2000 where dial up internet was king and the American Pie movies still had the original cast. PEN15 is executive produced by Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer, and Jorma Taccone, who are better known as The Lonely Island....

There’s going to be plenty more for Perry Mason to investigate on HBO, as the network has just ordered a second season of the acclaimed crime drama. The news comes in the midst of the show’s freshman season following its premiere on HBO just over a month ago, with the season one finale set to conclude the show’s first eight episodes on Aug. 9. Clearly, the network has been impressed with how the new Perry Mason has been performing on the network after just five episodes in, and the first season didn’t even need to reach its conclusion for HBO to pull the trigger on ordering new episodes....

The Quantum Leap reboot series might be happening after all. On Monday, series star Scott Bakula appeared as a guest on Bob Saget’s podcast Bob Saget’s Here for You. During the interview, the conversation naturally turned to Quantum Leap, and Saget asked Bakula about the chances of a reboot. Bakula said that there are some talks behind the scenes about rebooting the series at the moment, though he’s still not sure if the issues with the rights have even been resolved....

Jeff Bridges is now confirmed to star in R.I.P.D. alongside Ryan Reynolds. We reported last month that Jeff Bridges was in talks to star, and now the deal has been cemented. Last month, it wasn’t clear what role Jeff Bridges was playing. This new report indicates he is taking over the character Zach Galifianakis was once in discussions for before dropping out in early April.
