In a story from Home Media Retailing, the Sept. 5 release will contain “an entirely new episode created specifically for the DVD.” Playing as “an alternate to the pilot,” this episode sees “Earl not repenting for his misdeeds. Instead, he decides to get back at anyone who’s ever wronged him.” According to Ethan Suplee, Earl’s brother on the show, the bonus episode took four days to create....

After a constant barrage of set photos from Margot Robbie’s Barbie movie, the latest leak from the shoot has revealed a first look at Will Ferrell’s suited toy company owner. Following the many images of Robbie’s Barbie and Ryan Gosling as Ken, the new images seem to show Ferrell’s character in pursuit of Barbie with cohorts in tow. These images have led to speculation that Ferrell’s toy company CEO could well be the movie’s villain with devious intentions for Barbie and Ken, which could lead to the many meta-theories doing the rounds about how multiple Barbies and Kens end up appearing in the movie....

On-demand customers for Cablevision will soon be getting a lot more out of the service. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the cable company Cablevision and Popcorn Entertainment have teamed up for an on-demand service where you can watch and also purchase the DVD with your remote control. Stephen King fans are gearing up for Castle Rock, which isn’t a direct adaptation from any specific piece of the author’s work. Following the cutting of ties between Adult Swim and Justin Roiland, it has been revealed that Rick and Morty will recast both its title characters. Not only that, but the studio has also promised that the hugely popular series will continue until at least Season 10, as it makes Rick and Morty co-creator Dan Harmon the lone showrunner. Coming courtesy of a report by The Hollywood Reporter, Justin Roiland has performed the voices of both mad-scientist Rick and his grandson Morty since the beginning of the series, with a lot of the dialogue between the pair being improvised....

Martin Scorsese is reteaming with Leonardo DiCaprio in the film adaptation of Jordan Belfort’s upcoming tell-all autobiography The Wolf of Wall Street for Warner Bros. Pictures. Both will produce through their separate production companies; no official deals are in place for Scorsese to direct or DiCaprio to star. If it goes through, DiCaprio would play Belfort, a Long Island penny stockbroker who served 20 months in prison for refusing to cooperate in a massive 1990s securities fraud case that involved widespread corruption on Wall Street and in the corporate banking world, including mob infiltration....
