Lori Loughlin surrendered to serve her two-month prison sentence this morning. The Full House actress reported to FCI-Dublin in California to begin her prison sentence 2 weeks early for her role in the college admissions scandal. Apparently, Loughlin just wants to get the whole thing over with in order to put it behind her. Loughlin was sentenced back in August to two months in prison, two years of supervised release, and 100 hours of community service....

Embattled comedian Louis C.K. has been picking the pieces of his career back up in recent years following his widely-publicized sexual misconduct scandal in 2017. Having since revisited stand-up comedy with new specials developed in subsequent years, C.K. is also heading back to the big screen this summer with a role in the new film Fourth of July. The movie is slated to be released on July 1, and a trailer has also been debuted, which you can check out below....

It seems like no time at all since M. Night Shyamalan’s name landed on everyone’s lips when he directed The Sixth Sense in 1999. Now, 30 years since his directorial debut seven years before that, Shyamalan has begun filming on his 15th feature film, Knock at the Cabin. Having had mixed reviews last year with Old, the director has wasted no time in moving on to his never movie, although, as you would probably expect, there is very little currently known about the new film other than some of the cast....

The Marvel Cinematic Universe created a unique and, as it turns out, perfect time jump between Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. Due to the Covid pandemic, Marvel Studios has been playing catch-up after a year of delays, and that means that by the time next summer’s The Marvels arrives, the timeline will have pretty much synced up with the real world again in 2023. However, although the MCU has told some of the stories that occurred during the 5-year Blip, including the upcoming Secret Invasion series, there are plenty of other stories that could be told and Mark Ruffalo would love to tell a Bruce Banner/Hulk story....

Marvel Comics has posted a sneak peak of five special effects shots from Ghost Rider into how Johnny Blaze, portrayed by Nicolas Cage, transforms from ordinary man into the Spirit of Vengeance known as Ghost Rider. In the 8 PM hour, ABC’s series debut of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. opened a strong #1 in the time period with Adults 18-49, defeating NBC’s Tuesday premiere of The Voice by 15% and CBS’ season premiere of NCIS by 35%, to qualify as TV’s highest rated drama debut in nearly 4 years - since 11/3/09. It was Tuesday’s #1 TV show in Adults 18-49 (tie) and across all key Men demographics (M18-34/M18-49/M25-54)....

Marvel’s Inhumans movie may be off the table, at least for now, but Marvel’s royal family is still going to be making their way to the big screen, and the small screen, later this year. ABC will be airing an 8 episode Inhumans series, with the first two episodes set to debut in IMAX theaters all across the country. Two-time Emmy Award winner Megan Mullally (Will & Grace) is currently in production on ABC’s Boston Legal, guest starring as Renata Hill, a former lover and co-worker of Alan Shore’s. No stranger to trouble, Renata reunites with Shore as she dashes down the courthouse hallway wearing a bloody wedding gown, carrying a bloody pair of scissors and proclaiming her innocence in the murder of her betrothed. The episode, entitled “The Bride Wore Blood,” will air later this season on the ABC Television Network....

Legendary composer Monty Norman has passed away. Norman, who wrote the theme song for the James Bond movies that has been featured in all 25 installments, reportedly died at the age of 94. A brief statement was posted to his official website announcing that Norman died on July 11 after suffering a brief illness. Monty Norman was born Monry Noserovitch in London on April 4, 1928. By the 1950s and 60s, he had pursued a music career by singing with bands for Cyril Stapleton, Stanley Black, Ted Heath, and Nat Temple....

Even before Narcos Season 2 premiered this past Friday, September 2, it was known that Pablo Escobar’s time was up as a villain on the show. History makes it so, with actor Wagner Moura performing his swan song as the notorious drug dealer. Earlier today, Netflix renewed Narcos for both Season 3 and Season 4. Shortly after the announcement, the first Season 3 teaser arrived confirming a 2017 release date on the streaming service as well as cementing exactly who the new villain will be....
