Lisa Kudrow recently recalled a memorable run-in with Jerry Seinfeld during a 1990s event, following Friends’ first season. That summer, Friends re-runs would air after Seinfeld, which was entering its sixth season. At that point, Seinfeld, which was created by Seinfeld and Larry David, had received an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe, and a Screen Actors Guild Award. Kudrow told The Daily Beast: The actress went on to say that Seinfeld responded: “You’re on after us in the summer, and you’re welcome....

Slyvie is run through the TVA booking process. But in her appearance before the judge, she stomps Ravonna’s foot, bites her, and grabs her TemPad....

TBS has ordered 10 episodes of the multi-camera comedy from Sony Pictures Television and Fanfare. Slated to premiere in summer 2012, Men at Work was created by Breckin Meyer (Robot Chicken, TNT’s Franklin & Bash), who is executive-producing with Fanfare’s Jamie Tarses (Happy Endings, TNT’s Franklin & Bash, TBS’s My Boys) and Julia Franz....

It seems that fans of Michael Jackson’s iconic music video Thriller could be in for quite a treat in the near future. CHUD attended a screening of John Landis’ documentary Slasher and during the Q&A portion, Landis revealed that The Making of Thriller would be released soon, and possibly in 3D. Landis directed the music video and he told the audience that lawsuits and royalty issues were some of the reasons why The Making of Thriller, an hour-long documentary about the making of this iconic music video, had not been released yet....

Director Barry Jenkins has revealed some insight into how Mufasa: The Lion King will pull off being both a prequel and a sequel. Speaking with EW, the filmmaker seemingly confirms that Mufasa: The Lion King will explore the past and the present, with some scenes focusing on a young Mufasa, while others bring us back to the main Lion King timeline. Details released so far regarding Mufasa: The Lion King have revealed that the movie will detail how a young, orphaned Mufasa, voiced by Old star Aaron Pierre, found himself in the Pride Lands following a flood....

The Nash Bridges revival is edging closer and closer to reality, with star Don Johnson recently confirming that he is in “heavy prep” for the show’s long-awaited return. Johnson is on board to reprise the title role and the actor has now revealed that Cheech Marin will also return as his partner and friend, Joe Dominguez. Nash Bridges originally ran for six seasons on CBS from March 29, 1996, to May 4, 2001, for a total of 122 episodes....

National Lampoon has acquired the rights to its first out-of-house feature film entitled Electric Apricot. According to Variety, Electric Apricot centers around the jam band phenomenon. It was directed by the musician Les Claypool. He is best known for leading the band Primus, which was featured on the Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey Soundtrack. Written by Claypool, the mocumentary is a spoof of bands like The Grateful Dead and Phish. It will also focus on the fans that follow such groups....

The NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives will become a Peacock exclusive starting on September 12th, ending its 57-year run on broadcast television. NBC has also made the decision to forgo the not-insignificant advertising revenue that it gets from the NBC programs that appear the next day on Hulu in order to move that encore window to Peacock starting next month. There are now only three daytime soaps left on American broadcast televisions....

Thor: Love and Thunder is on the relative horizon with a release date of this summer, and a new image of Tessa Thompson has revealed a better look at her new Valkyrie costume. The costume was previously hinted at in merchandise and wrap-gifts from the upcoming Marvel movie. The image was seemingly taken by Thomson herself and was subsequently shared by the Twitter user @ReginaBenavid18, and fan account @loveandthundernews, and shows Thomson’s Valkyrie with a new hairstyle and a return to her sleeveless look with a black and white design that certainly catches the attention....

AMC released today the official key art for Season 4 of The Walking Dead, which premieres on Sunday, October 13 at 9/8c. In the highly anticipated new season, we find Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and the group fostering a thriving community in the safe haven of the prison. Sadly, in this brutal world, happiness is short-lived and walkers and outside threats are no match for danger brewing inside the fences. Zoey 101 is one of Nickelodeon’s most successful teen series to date. The hit teen dramedy rose to prominence during its four-season run from 2005 to 2008 and amassed a devoted and long-standing fanbase that never lost hope in the Zoey 101’s return. In 2015, Nickelodeon released a short to commemorate Zoey 101’s 10th anniversary, which ended in a cliffhanger and left room for a future revival. Luckily, devout fans no longer have to dream of the story’s continuation now that a Zoey 101 reboot is officially in the works with Nickelodeon, according to Deadline....

The 2007 film No Country for Old Men has everything you’d expect from a Coen brothers movie: fate, conscience, plans gone awry, violence, and dry humor, plus Javier Bardem as a ruthless hitman. A producer friend of the Coens, Scott Rudin, purchased the movie rights to the original book by Cormac McCarthy back in 2004 and soon after suggested a film adaptation to the Coens. Joel Coen tells Steve Weintraub of Collider that he and Ethan had “read other Cormac McCarthy books just for pleasure and liked [the writer] a lot,” but No Country for Old Men drew their attention in particular....
