Many Johnny Depp fans are still pushing for the actor to be brought back to the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise following a recent update on the state of the movie series. Just recently, producer Jerry Bruckheimer revealed (via ComicBook.com) that work is currently coming together on the next Pirates of the Caribbean movie. Bruckheimer did not specifically state that Depp would be involved but noted that he was “very excited” by how the project is coming along....

Following the news that George Miller’s Justice League of America has been put on the shelf by Warner Brothers, at least until the end of the WGA strike, Australian model-turned actress Megan Gale has confirmed to Australia’s Sunday Times that she had been cast as Wonder Woman in the film. Gale was a fan of television’s Wonder Woman, Lynda Carter, and is still somewhat stunned that she obtained the role. “I still can’t believe it,” Gale said....

Director Michael Bay and Paramount Pictures are getting ready to premiere the robots-in-disguise 3D sequel Transformers: Dark of the Moon on June 29, an experience which will reportedly be much brighter than other 3D presentations, literally.
