With Halloween approaching, people are looking forward to exceptional spooky tales to fit the mood, and Universal Pictures has dropped a trailer for M3GAN just in time. Actor Gaspard Ulliel, who is set to appear in the upcoming TV series Moon Knight, died Wednesday following a skiing accident in the Alps, according to Variety. He was 37. The actor was skiing in the Savoie region on Tuesday when he collided with another person. He suffered severe brain trauma and was airlifted to a hospital in Grenoble, where he died the next day. The other skier was not hospitalized, and an investigation is now underway....

New Line Cinema has completed casting for its upcoming feature film adaptation of the best-selling Cornelia Funke novel Inkheart with the addition of Academy Award nominee Helen Mirren (The Queen, “Elizabeth I”), and commenced principal photography on November 8th, it was announced by New Line Production President Toby Emmerich. Principal photography on Inkheart will begin on location in Liguria, Italy before moving to Shepperton Studios in England. The director of the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series for Disney+ has opened up a bit about their plans for the project. Deborah Chow, who has directed shows such as Jessica Jones and Better Call Saul, was tapped by Lucasfilm to head-up the series, which was confirmed during Disney’s D23 Expo over the summer and will see Ewan McGregor return as the famed Jedi. Overture Films announced today that it is currently developing a modern-day adaptation of the William Shakespeare classic Hamlet. SAG Award-nominee Emile Hirsch (Into the Wild) will play Hamlet for director Catherine Hardwicke (Twilight). The script is being written by Oscar-nominated screenwriter Ron Nyswaner (Philadelphia) who also adapted The Painted Veil from celebrated author W. Somerset Maugham. Oscar-winning producers Dan Jinks and Bruce Cohen of The Jinks/Cohen Company (Milk) are producing the project....

This is a story full of mystery and science fiction that centers around four 12-year-old girls who deliver newspapers. While making deliveries the day after Halloween, the girls become involved in a conflict between two groups of time travelers. The setting of Paper Girls is the fictional town of Stony Stream, Ohio, outside of Cleveland, and the main characters are named Erin, MacKenzie, KJ and Tiffany.
