We have a brand new trailer for Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 6. This isn’t the first footage we’ve seen from the upcoming season of the long-running Marvel TV series. It is much more telling and revealing though. We previously saw a teaser that heralded the arrival of an evil version of Phil Coulson that raised far more questions than answers. It really just focused on one sequence. This full trailer gives us a better idea of what this strange new character is up to, in addition to throwing a bunch of big-budget comic book action into the mix....

While everyone has their favorite Jurassic Park and Jurassic World dinosaurs, up there near the top of the list for most would be the terrifying Velociraptor. Since their first appearance in the opening sequence of Jurassic Park, the raptors have featured in every movie of the franchise so far, and while Blue and other Velociraptors will appear in Jurassic World: Dominion, there is a new breed to raptor to fear in the sequel: the Atrociraptor....

A new poster for Sony’s Uncharted puts the spotlight on the all-star cast set to lead this upcoming video game adaptation. The caption reads “Looking good while stealing $5 billion in treasure counts as a skill, right?” The poster has been unveiled by the movie’s official Twitter account, and suffers from a case of “floating-head syndrome,” as Spider-Man: No Way Home star Tom Holland stands at the tippy top, with the likes of Mark Wahlberg, Antonio Banderas, and Sophia Taylor Ali amid the sort of surroundings expected of an action-adventure blockbuster....

You can take home one of the seminal horror classics in a brand new DVD edition. Night Of The Living Dead is being re-released with a 40th Anniversary Edition DVD on May 20th. We have no pricing details or cover art at this time. The film stars Duane Jones, Judith O’Dea, Karl Hardman and Marilyn Eastman. The fear of chemical warfare comes to a head when a young woman finds herself in the incredulous position of having the previously dead guests at her father’s funeral come to life around her....

Star Wars’ Darth Vader, or Anakin Skywalker, is nothing if not iconic. Most people would be able to identify his silhouette, regardless of whether they’re a Star Wars fan. One of the most classic forms of storytelling is the Western — typically defined as the genre set in the American Frontier, with the aesthetic background of barren deserts, tall mountains, cacti, horses, and the clink of spurs. Remove the atmosphere of a western, and they all similarly follow a pattern in which a new and mysterious character arrives in a town and shakes up the status quo. While we reported last month that Doug Liman was set to direct the new Warner Bros. The Three Musketeers film project, it seems that the cast for Paul W.S. Anderson similar 3D project is being rounded out. Heat Vision Blog is reporting that Anderson’s The Three Musketeers has added such names as Christoph Waltz, Ray Stevenson and Anderson’s wife, Milla Jovovich to the cast. It was also said that Logan Lerman was in negotiations to portray D’Artagnan, the youngster who runs away from home to fight for French royalty....

Bravo announced a new docu-series following the unique and multi-faceted Paula Abdul, Hey Paula! (working title). The series will provide a candid real look at the American Idol judge, pop star, choreographer and multi-platinum artist, as she takes two steps forward, and two steps back into the spotlight, giving an inside perspective on her professional and personal life. The series is produced by Scott Sternberg Productions for Bravo and will debut later this year....

Author Rick Riordan has provided a hugely promising update regarding the production of the upcoming Disney+ adaptation of his novel Percy Jackson and the Olympians. Taking to his website, Riordan revealed that production on the series is moving at, well, a lightning-fast pace, with filming now up to the events of Chapter 9 ˘— which puts things almost halfway through the 22-chapter book. Those who have read the book will know that Chapter 9 is an important point in the story of Percy Jackson, as it finds the young hero being offered a quest to find Zeus’ stolen lightning bolt....

Last week, Disney announced that Pixar’s next film, Turning Red, would be skipping theaters and debuting exclusively on Disney+ on March 11. This is now the third Pixar film in a row to land solely on Disney+ after both Soul and Luca followed similar paths. Turning Red is a coming-of-age story about Mei Lee (Rosalie Chiang), a 13-year-old girl who discovers that she suddenly turns into a giant red panda anytime her emotions become overwhelming....

The main cast of the new Quantum Leap is coming together. Variety reports that NBC’s pilot for a Quantum Leap reboot that’s currently in the works has just picked up three new additions to its main cast alongside the previously-announced stars Raymond Lee and Ernie Hudson. Caitlin Bessett, Nanrisa Lee, and Mason Alexander have all been revealed as new cast members, along with some details about their characters. The pilot acknowledges the original series, though there’s no indication at this time that Scott Bakula will appear....

The creative choice of whether to shoot a contemporary film in black and white is a tough one. If done poorly, the decision could seem to be a cheap grab at added dramatic effect, but when employed effectively, the absence of color can add quite a bit to a film. The lack of color in film can help place a timepiece and make it feel as though it fits the era it is shot....

How did Jason Blossom die? That was the original mystery surrounding the small town of Riverdale. It was a fairly small town where not much happened until Jason’s unexpected and tragic death. Throughout the first season, discussing the teenager’s death was the central question that Betty and Jughead were trying to solve. When it eventually turned out to be a murder, more questions rose to the surface, such as who killed Jason and why....
