To celebrate, Marvel Studios released a new short trailer for the movie with some new footage and what seems to be a little bit of Marvel misdirection. With the next Marvel movie only a month away, tickets can now be purchased for the first showings of the movie, which will see Thor and his team take on the dark and disturbing Gorr The God Butcher in a cosmic battle that has been promised to be a “bonkers” outing for the God of Thunder....

Yahoo! Movies has obtained three new movie stills from DreamWorks/Paramount Pictures’ Transformers, arriving in theatres on July 4. CLICK HERE to check out the Transformers robot images! Introduced in 1984, the Transformers brand took the world by storm with its compelling saga of the Autobots versus the Decepticons. In a story from Smarthouse.com, it looks like the next generation version of the Xbox could come with an HD-DVD player already built in. On the current system one is available as an add-on attachment. According to a “Toshiba executive in Singapore” it appears that “an Xbox with a built in HD-DVD drive is critical. They and we are working on it....

Late night, talk show host Conan O’Brien staged a 1990s Saturday Night Live reunion on his hit show Conan with Adam Sandler, David Spade, Norm MacDonald and Rob Schneider telling stories from their SNL days, along with Nick Swardson. All of these performers were widely responsible for the sketch comedy show’s resurgence in the 90s, along with Conan O’Brien himself, who was a staff writer on the show before landing Late Night with Conan O’Brien in 1993....

A newly emerged rumor claims that Obi-Wan Kenobi will be brought back into the Star Wars fray thanks to the actions of a young aspiring Jedi. The rumor, which comes courtesy of Making Star Wars, suggests that the Disney+ series will find the character living quietly as “Ben Kenobi,” before being tracked down by a young Jedi named Nari, who decides to find the Jedi Master after being inspired by a message sent by Obi-Wan to his fellow Jedi Knights during the chaos caused by the infamous Order 66....

Director Oliver Stone’s new film Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps is due out in theaters next month and the director is already lining up his next film project. According to Deadline Hollywood Daily, Stone has inked a deal to produce and direct an adaptation of the Don Winslow novel Savages. The novel, which will hit bookshelves in July, centers on a pair of Laguna Beach friends with a thriving marijuana business and who both have the same girlfriend....

Rick Sands, MGM’s Chief Operating Officer, made the announcement today. The next installment of the Thomas Crown franchise sweeps across Europe and the Middle East as Crown becomes entangled in a centuries old feud and must decide how much he’s truly willing to risk for love....

It’s going to be a two-season run for PEN15 at Hulu. The critically acclaimed series will be coming to an end with the conclusion of season 2, with the second batch of the season, which now serves as the show’s final episodes, arriving in December. Fans should not start heading towards the Hulu headquarters with torches and pitchforks as this decision came straight from the series leads, Maya Erskine and Anna Konkle....

Actress and comedienne Phyllis Diller, a groundbreaking performer who paved the way for female comedians everywhere, passed away in her sleep this morning, at her Los Angeles home. She was 95 years old at the time of her death. Here is what her agent Fred Wostbrock had to say about her iconic career. The comedy legend was born Phyllis Ada Driver in Lima, Ohio in 1917. After a stint as an advertising copywriter, Phyllis Diller got her big break at the age of 37, when she first performed stand-up comedy at the San Francisco nightclub Purple Onion....

“Push” is a sci-fi thriller with a lot of science fiction and zero thrills. The film stars the normally likeable Chris Evans as Nick Gant, a telekinetic with the ability to ‘push’ or move things. His character is on the run with a teenage girl, Cassie Holmes (Dakota Fanning). They are searching for her mother, who has been imprisoned by a secret government agency called the ‘Division’. This agency, since World War II, has been kidnapping people with special talents and forcing them to do the Division’s will....

Ridley Scott has decided to direct an epic biopic about the Gucci family dynasty. According to Variety, the film is being produced by Giannina Facio through Fox 2000. Charles Randolph will write the script once the writers’ strike comes to an end. The film is set to revolve around the wild and glamourous Gucci family through the 70s and 80s. During this time, their shops sold over $500 million worth of product annually....

Sound of Metal and Venom star Riz Ahmed will take on the Bard in a modern-day retelling of one of William Shakespeare’s most famous plays, Hamlet. According to a report by Deadline, the Academy Award-winning actor will play the title role, transporting the story to modern London as Riz Ahmed’s Hamlet traverses the nightlife scene on a journey of violent revenge. A description of the latest iteration of Hamlet describes as such; “haunted by his father’s ghost and driven to increasingly unstable heights....

At long last, Netflix has released the first full-length trailer for Locke & Key. This serves as an adaptation of author Joe Hill’s beloved comic book series of the same name. Hollywood has been trying to crack the code on this one for years and, finally, Netflix stepped in to make it happen. This represents our first real look at the adaptation and, if this is anything to go on, we’re in for a creepy ride....
