The latest clip from Marvel’s upcoming Disney+ series, Moon Knight, has Ethan Hawke demonstrating his particular set of super-powered skills. Unveiled by the series’ official Twitter account, the footage is the first indication of what Hawke’s villainous cult leader Arthur Harrow is capable of, and it should provide Moon Knight with all manner of chaos to deal with. The clip has Steven Grant and Layla El-Faouly, played by Oscar Isaac and May Calamawy respectively, on the run from Arthur Harrow and his goons....

It appears as though Moon Knight will be Jewish. After all the controversy swirling around whether the character would be Jewish in the Disney+ Moon Knight series, it has now seemingly been confirmed by the show’s lead director that the character will be Jewish—and it could happen how it does in Marvel Comics. When a person said on Twitter, “this whole moon knight situation continued to prove to me that MCU fandoms have never been safe for Jewish people, or really any marginalized group....

Fox has ordered a second season of freshman breakout hit New Girl, a third installment of the irreverent family comedy Raising Hope and a fourth season of the genre-defying musical sensation Glee, it was announced today by Kevin Reilly, President of Entertainment, Fox Broadcasting Company. “Over the past season, New Girl has become the hottest new appointment series for young adults; Raising Hope has established itself as one of the smartest and most unique offbeat comedies on television; and Glee has continued its success as a genre-defying, global cultural phenomenon,” said Reilly....

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 has been pulling out the parody card for its latest poster, with Sonic being imposed on the Bat-Signal with the hashtag #BlueJustice. There is nothing like drawing on a cultural icon when it comes to getting attention, and considering Sonic is every bit as recognizable as the Dark Knight, the bit of cross-universe promotion will benefit both sides. The Batman is ready to release in theaters this week, while Sonic the Hedgehog 2 doesn’t arrive until April 8th, so it is not surprising that they want to gain a little attention from the big release of Robert Pattison’s Batman movie....

IMAX Corporation and Twentieth Century Fox announced that Night at the Museum, directed by Shawn Levy (The Pink Panther and Cheaper by the Dozen) and starring Ben Stiller and Robin Williams, will be simultaneously released to both IMAX and conventional theatres on December 22, 2006. The adventure comedy will be digitally re-mastered into the unparalleled image and sound quality of The IMAX Experience with proprietary IMAX DMR (Digital Re-mastering) technology. Night at the Museum is the seventh IMAX DMR film secured for 2006, the largest number of Hollywood blockbusters slated for release to IMAX theatres in a single year....

Ratatouille took the top spot at the international box office this weekend. According to Variety, the film made $19.7 million playing on 3,010 screens in 38 different markets.
