The upcoming horror thriller Svalta has officially named its lead stars. Nick Frost (Shaun of the Dead), who wrote the screenplay for the film, will be co-starring alongside Lena Headey (Game of Thrones). This marks a reunion for the two actors who previously portrayed a married couple in the WWE movie Fighting with My Family, playing the parents of Florence Pugh’s Paige. George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Matt Damon will star in Ocean’s Thirteen, the third flick in their franchise about a gang of lovable crooks, distributor Warner Bros. The Hollywood Reporter writes that Clooney will reprise his role as Danny Ocean, with the group pulling off a new heist in Vegas. Clooney’s producing partner Steven Soderbergh, will direct again. It seems that David Fincher’s latest directorial effort has hit a snag. According to Entertainment Weekly, Fincher’s Heavy Metal, a remake of the 1981 R-rated animated movie, has been dropped by Paramount. Fincher, Bill Miller of Blur Studios, which is handing the animation and Heavy Metal comic book publisher Kevin Eastman are all pitching the project to other studios after Paramount backed out, citing that the film would be too “risque for mainstream audiences,” according to the article....

Josh Schwartz has recruited his former The O.C. starlet Rachel Bilson to headline his new NBC hour-long drama Ghost Angeles. According to Deadline, the show will revolve around a young woman living in Los Angeles who can talk to the dead.
