Relativity Media has brought on James McTeigue to direct their gangster drama Ness/Capone. We first reported on this project back in April when Relativity acquired the project. Grant Pierce Myers wrote the screenplay, which landed on the 2010 Black List, and puts a fresh twist on the war between law enforcer Elliot Ness and Chicago gangster Al Capone in the 1920s.
