Legal troubles continue to mount for the actor of DC Comics’ fastest man alive. Ezra Miller, who stars in superhero films as the Flash, was arrested in Hawaii in March for a barroom brawl. Less than a month later, the actor was arrested again for throwing a chair at a female. Now, the New Jersey native is being accused of acts even more heinous. According to court documents filed Tuesday in Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Court and obtained by PEOPLE, attorney and activist Chase Iron Eyes and his pediatrician wife Sara Jumping Eagle allege that Miller has been manipulating and controlling their daughter Tokata Iron Eyes since the two met at Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota back in 2016 when she was 12, and he was 23.

The parents claim that Miller flew their daughter to London in 2017 to visit the set of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them when she was 14, and he was 25 and supplied her with alcohol, marijuana and LSD. Documents also include claims of Miller disrupting Tokata’s schooling to the point that she dropped out in December of last year.

In the documents, Chase and Sara Iron Eyes stated that Miller, through the Quiet organization with which the actor was affiliated, offered to pay for Tokata to attend college early at 16 at Bard College at Simon’s Rock in Massachusetts. Miller “would later use this against Tokata to create a sense of indebtedness.”

They flew to Miller’s home in Vermont to bring their daughter home and found she didn’t have her driver’s license, car keys, bank card or other essential items. However, they did claim to find bruises on Tokata’s body and allege Miller caused them.

Who Is Tokata Iron Eyes?

Tokata’s parents said their daughter fled to New York City to be with the actor and have since been traveling to places including Vermont, Hawaii, and Los Angeles. The two can be seen together in TMZ footage at a club in Hawaii. Tokata has been an activist herself from a very young age. She met Greta Thunberg in 2019 when they rallied against climate change and the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline. She also appeared in an episode of Marvel’s Hero Project on Disney+ in January 2020. There is a statement released on an unverified Instagram account that seems to belong to Tokata.

Chase Iron Eyes and his wife, who say Ezra Miller has decided that their daughter is non-binary transgender, are asking a court to intervene and issue a protection order against Miller on Tokata’s behalf. A hearing on the matter is reportedly set for some time in July.
